This panel is vinyl vovered and sits on the rear parcel shelf just under the backlight screen and often gets wrecked by leaky rubber seals around your rear screen.This parcel shelf will only fit cars up to 1996 because MPI cars and Heritage MKIV shells have larger "C" posts for seat belts and a modified parcel shelf.
