  • Do you post interstate?
    Yes, we post Australia wide. Customer pays for all delivery and insurance charges
  • Do you accept international orders?
    We can ship your order almost anywhere in the world, however it will also depend on what type/size of goods you wish to purchase. If you aren't sure it is always best to consult us first before you proceed with your purchase.
  • What are accepted payment methods?
    We accept Credit Cards (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal and Direct Bank Transfer.
  • Can I pay for my goods over the phone?
    Yes you can. You can place your order over the phone by using your credit card by calling us direct but ONLY during business hours. However we do not accept payments over phone outside of business hours. Outside of business hours you will need to visit our website to pick your favourite items and finish your order by making your payment online via our website.
  • What should I do if I receive the wrong order?
    If you have received an incorrect product or order, we recommend that you contact our customer service team and let us know the details of your order as soon as possible, so we can commence in assisting you further in resolving this mater by locating correct product or complete order.
  • Do you send to PO Boxes in Australia?
    We do not send anything starting as an address of a PO Box located in Australia unless this has been requested by Customer and has been agreed and approved by Management at Mini World Australia. Please note: However, if a Customer has requested that purchased goods to be sent by Mini World Australia to a Customer's nominated PO Box address = should any of the purchased goods went missing in transit whilst being delivered by Australian postal services to Customers nominated PO Box address, under no circumstances Mini World Australia will be held responsible for any loss of any purchased goods in transit after they have been collected and dispatched.
  • Is buying from your website safe?
    Any personal information you may choose to disclose to us is handled with the strictest confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is always in our interest to keep our Customer safe and make their shopping experience pleasant.
  • What is the "CVC"?
    On MasterCard, Visa or GO MasterCard, the CVC are the last 3 digits visible on the back of the Credit/Debit card.
  • Are there benefits in registering with Mini World Australia Online?
    When you create an account with Mini World Australia, you'll benefit from a much faster and easier Checkout process experience every time you will return to purchase more with more faster log in process. Once registered simply log in and your registered details will automatically appear in the Checkout form. Your other advantages will also include as follows: 1. View and track all of your orders. 2. Check your complete purchase history. 3. Save products of interest to your Wish List. 4. Write your own product reviews and ratings. 5. Update your personal details when required.
  • What happens after I have completed my payment online successfully?
    After you've placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order, followed by a tax invoice for proof of your purchase. If you still have any queries regarding your purchase, please Contact Us.
  • Will my order, which may include a few extra items, will be delivered in just one box?
    Sometimes yes but on many occasions, when a number of items which you have purchased in one single order may all be sorted into more than one box. Instead due to some car parts being bulky in size your initial order may arrive in several separate boxes, depending on sizes and dimensions of various car parts whilst being packed and as a result will arrive in more than one box and may even arrive with different deliveries. In this case, all of the order which you have placed may not be delivered on the same day.
  • Is your Showroom open on Public Holidays?
    Our Showroom is open from Monday to Friday (from 10am to 5pm) We are also open on Saturdays (from 10am to 3pm) Please note: Our Showroom is always CLOSED on Sundays and during all Public Holidays.
  • If I'll buy a used/second hand item, can I return it?
    Dear Customers Please Note: There is no exchange or return or refunds on any purchased used/second hand items. If unsure please ask questions before placing your order and please choose carefully.
