​How long will my order take to arrive?

• Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days.

• Delivery usually takes 2–6 business days within Australia.

• If parts are shipped from our UK warehouse, delivery may take up to 2–4 weeks.

• Orders may arrive in multiple parcels depending on stock location.

 

Which courier do you use?

• We ship with Australia Post (tracking provided).

• Deliveries may require a signature or be left in a safe place ("Authority to Leave").

 

How much is shipping?

• Costs depend on size, weight, and delivery location.

• Extra charges may apply for:

  • Orders over 22kg or bulky items

  • Remote/outpost areas

  • Deliveries to PO Boxes​

 

Do you ship internationally?

• Yes. We’ll provide a postage quote before processing your order.

• Customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and customs fees.

• Orders are shipped via Australia Post/EMS or TNT.

 

Is my order insured?

• Transit Insurance is optional and covers loss or damage in transit.

• Without insurance, Mini World Australia is not responsible once goods leave our warehouse.​

 

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return a product?

• New products: Yes, if unopened and returned within 7 days.

• Used car parts: No returns or refunds.

 

What if my order is incorrect?

• Contact us within 7 days.

• Return the product (safely packaged) for a refund, credit, or exchange.

 

What if my product is faulty?

• Report within 7 days of receipt.

• We will test or return the product to the manufacturer.

• If confirmed faulty, you’ll receive a replacement, refund, or credit.

 

What if my product is damaged on arrival?

• Only covered if Transit Insurance was purchased.

• Contact us within 7 days to arrange a return.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

• Customers cover return costs unless the product is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

• We recommend using registered/certified mail.

 

When will I receive my refund or credit?

• Within 10 business days of receiving your return.

• Items requiring manufacturer testing may take up to 30 business days.

• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method.
