Cream Crackle Sun Visor – Central Pivot – Early Classic Mini 1959–1964
 
Restore your early Classic Mini interior with this period-correct Cream Crackle Sun Visor, featuring the original-style central pivot mounting used on the earliest Mini models.
 
This was the first style of sun visor fitted to early Minis, with its distinctive cream crackle finish designed to complement the matching cream headlining used during the period.
 
Some very early standard Minis were originally fitted with pale grey sun visors, while the higher-specification Super models used the cream crinkle/crackle finish to coordinate with their headlining.

Early Mini Sun Visor Evolution
1959–1964:
The earliest design used a single central hinge/pivot point. This is the style represented by this sun visor.
 
October 1964–1965:
The design changed to a sun visor with one hinge at one end and a retaining clip at the opposite end. Versions were available both with and without a vanity mirror.
 
Late 1965 onwards:
Mini introduced the later arrangement with a hinge at both ends.
