This is rear wiring loom including speaker wires, known as thin wall PVC type type which has replaced the thick wall type in 1989. If your Classic Mini car has no speakers just disregard the extra wires. This wiring loom has bullet terminals for the roof lamp but Rover Company has added wires with spade terminals to fit the interior lamp. All rear body wiring looms are now OBSOLETE from the Rover Company. From 1985 all Classic Mini cars had rear lamps with reverse lamps and one fog lamp fitted either on right or left hand side. All Mini cars had interior light in the headlining, rear heated screen, petrol tank gauge. Some of the changes were introduced as follows: washer bottle moved from engine bay to boot area in 1991, fuel injected cars required extra wires to fuel tank for fuel pump, speakers wer placed under rear parcel shelf and were replaced by speakers on top of rear parcel shelf and alarm switch was laso added.
