A new design of rear quarter panel was introduced in 1976 for all Mini Saloons, 1275GT and Clubman models. BL were at this time trying to save money, so some of the colours were also used on MG's and Triumph cars. The actual design is virtually identical to that of the MGB trim panels of this era.
