Designed as an affordable alternative to a conventional steel replacement panel, this aluminium door skin is nearly 3kg lighter than a standard door skin, making it particularly attractive for performance, competition and lightweight Classic Mini builds.
The panel is supplied without door mirror mounting holes, allowing the installer to position and drill mirror fittings as required—or leave the door clean for vehicles not using externally mounted mirrors.

Installation Notes
Aluminium requires different handling and preparation techniques from conventional steel body panels. Care should be taken during fitting and folding to avoid distortion.
Where aluminium comes into contact with dissimilar metals, appropriate preparation and isolation should be used to help minimise galvanic corrosion.
Some adjustment and trial fitting may be required before final finishing and painting. Professional installation by an experienced panel beater is recommended.
