This black carpet is the correct moulded shape with insualation material attached where appropiate for that smart fit over the gearbox tunnels etc. It's made for all Classic Mini cars made prior to 1972 with remote or magic wand type gear levers.
As a result you will have to cut this hole out. Handbrake hole is ready cut with an over trimming gaiter (not the original rubber type) in place made for cleaner finish. Front rubber foot pads are fitted both sides and anti wear plates on the rear carpet, where the front seat frame sits on the floor are also fitted in this kit.
