Fitted from 1996 only this alternator sits higher than originally, with new brackets that will only fit the twin point injection cylinder head. A1151-65 type producing 65 Amps. If your battery seems to be always running low it might not be the alternator = check that your earth strap on engine stabiliser bar is working properly.  You can run an extra earth cable  from transmission to subframe as per older cars should you have a problem.
