These wiper arms are for R/H/D only cars with 1mm thicker and 2mm wider stainless steel arms, plus a stronger spring to keep your blades firmly pushed on the screen when motorway driving or travelling at higher speed.
Some Minis have right hand park, and some left hand park.
These  wiper arms are left hand park only for R/H/D 1970 onwards. These wiper arms will only accept  11" blade. 
Sold Individually. 2 wiper arms are required per car.
