Fitted for safety regulations to all MK2 minis from 1967-80 except Sweden and Canada to 1975(not any MKI or van and pick up). Later commercial type minis did have it fitted with 3 clock speedo pod. This is a hard foam pad at the lower edge of the parcel tray.
