A Plus idler gear with 37 TEETH.
These gears are the last type which are made from what they call clean steel to eradicate power train wear and were used on multi points injection Classic Mini cars and work best with Torrington bearings.  Has a single line groove under the teeth one side only all the way round like a machine mark groove with 37 TEETH.
