A comprehensive and excellent-value Universal Cylinder Head Gasket Kit for a wide range of Classic Mini and Moke A-Series engines.
 
This kit contains the principal gaskets and valve stem seals required when removing and refitting the cylinder head, together with a useful selection of HS2 and HS4 SU carburettor gaskets.
 
Designed to cover multiple engine and carburettor configurations, it is an ideal kit for cylinder head repairs, engine maintenance, rebuilds and workshop stock.

Comprehensive Universal Kit
Because different Classic Mini engines and carburettor installations use different gaskets and valve stem seals, this universal kit includes a selection of components covering numerous early and later configurations.
 
Not every gasket or seal supplied will necessarily be required for an individual engine.
 
Carburettor Applications
The kit includes a selection of gaskets for SU HS2 and HS4 carburettor installations, making it particularly useful when cylinder-head work also requires removal of the inlet manifold, carburettor or air cleaner assembly.
 
Important Fitment Information
HIF44 carburettor gaskets are NOT included in this kit.
Before installation, identify your engine capacity, cylinder head, carburettor type and existing gasket configuration, particularly where an engine has been modified or fitted with components from another A-Series model.
 
Installation Notes
Cylinder-head gasket replacement requires correct preparation of the cylinder block and head mating surfaces, correct gasket orientation and adherence to the appropriate A-Series tightening sequence and torque specifications.
 
The cylinder head should also be checked for condition and flatness before reassembly.
