Steering Column pinch bolt. Bolt for the bottom of the inner steering column to lock it onto the steering rack spline. This is a Rover special fitting bolt with a 1/2" plain shank to fit the inner steering column groove. As it is an expensive bolt, for any other purposes it is however only a 1/4" unf bolt (1 and 3/8" long).
