  22.05.2010 - 50 Years of St Marys Band Football Club
If you have missed this amazing celebration, then you would have missed a great day out with some of the best people in Sydney!

To celebrate its 50th Birthday, St Marys Band Club Rangers Football Club had organised an event, which drew people from all over Sydney.

Mini World Australia also had the pleasure of being invited to celebrate this awesome 50th Birthday Celebration, which was held at Kevin Dwyer Park, in Sydney West.

To everyone's surprise, the weather had turned out to be better then expected. As the sun was shining, it was hard to believe that after two weeks of continuous rain weather in Sydney, it was time to enjoy a great day out.

Event Organisers have truly done a great job making this day packed with some of the best entertainment in town on the day. Crowds of people came to enjoy great bands, fabulous dancers, awesome car show, many great rides set up for big and small kids, sausage sizzle, drinks and ice cream, variety of trade stalls, raffles and to top it all of fireworks at the end of the event.

For anyone, who was looking for such entertainment on the day in Sydney, this was defiantly the place to be at.

Mini World Australia would like to congratulate everyone at St Marys Band Club Rangers Football Club with its 50th Birthday Celebration, and thank all Event Organisers for putting on such an amazing event!

  22.05.2010 - On the Day of St Paul Motor Show
It takes a lot of time and dedication to organise any event, where everyone, who attends enjoys and appreciates everything about these car shows.

Once again this year, the event organisers have done a tremendous job in preparing and putting on such a wonderful and amazing car show. St Paul’s Annual Motor Show had attracted yet another great crowd to celebrate this fantastic event.

Many car fans and car owners of classic, sports and unique automobiles have travelled from many different areas not to miss out on this awesome annual car show. The magnificent display had some of the best cars to be seen and admired by many available in Australia today. From the Mighty Minis to Fabulous Mustangs you could see a great variety of Classic American and Australian Muscle cars. There were also Custom and Sports cars, which came to show and to display the glamour and brilliance of Australian Motoring for everyone to admire.

There was a Sausage Sizzle, Ice Cream for big and small kids and Trade Stands with die-cast and remote model cars, children’s secured playground facilities for mums and dads to enjoy the show, and many other great people, who had made their way to this truly magnificent event.

If you have missed it this years show – do not miss it next year, as it is always a pleasure coming back to St Paul’s Anglican Annual Motor Show!

  22.05.2010 - St Paul Motor Show
Yet another year has gone by since the team at Mini World Australia have had the pleasure of being a part of a tremendous Motor Show which was held last year at St Paul's Anglican Church located in Castle Hill in Sydney NSW.

Once again Mini World Australia invites everyone to come and enjoy another great day out whilst you will see some of the most unique and remarkable motor vehicles and motorcycles available in Australia today.

This magnificent yearly Motor Show will be held on the 22nd of May 2010 at St Paul's Anglican Church located at 421 Northern Road, Castle Hill Sydney NSW.

At the show you will be able to see some of the finest examples of Australian Motoring History. From the Classic Morris Mini Cars to Mighty Ford GT HO's, Creative and Unique Hot Rods, Ever Popular Harley Davidson motorcycles, not to forget the most remarkable and obsolete Vintage Automobiles as well as the Sports cars.

There will also be a barbecue facility with a sausage sizzle and drinks for people to enjoy. Die Cast Model Cars we be sold on-site. Kids will also be taken care of with an on-site secured children's playground which is available to utilise and for parents to enjoy a day out as a whole family.

So Don’t Miss out on yet another Fantastic Once a Year Motor Show which will be held only at St Paul's Anglican Church grounds.

  22.11.2009 - Morris Minors & Minis - 23rd Car Display
This Sunday the heatwave conditions across the nation may have forced many people to go to the beach.

As Sydney's scorching temperatures had reached 44C in the western suburb of Penrith, that did not stop the gathering of two great Australian car clubs, which came to celebrate an event they wanted to remember.

Mini World Australia was also invited to celebrate this amazing event, which was not to be missed no matter how hot it was.

Nepean District Morris Minor Car Club and Mini Car Club of NSW have gathered together as a 23rd car display to show of some of finest examples of classic cars at Penrith Raceway, Penrith.

Only this year both clubs had a real reason to celebrate this event!

Many Fans, Club Members and Friends came to celebrate this Amazing Birthday Bash, the birth of Sir Alex Issigonis.

On the day of celebration you could find many pristine examples of original and custom Morris Minors and Minis, which were displayed for many to admire and enjoy.

Show and Shine, Trophies and Prizes had put a lot of smiles on many faces.

The whole event matured at 2pm when the presentation begun as the awards were given out for some of the finest examples of classic motoring in Australia.

Minutes later it was all over. For a moment it looked like LeMans in the beginning of the race.

People got in the cars and with cheerful smiles had made their way out in all different directions.

As the heatwave continued on the day, it was clear to everyone - it was simply to hot to be out!

Nevertheless it turned out to be another great Celebration for many years to remember!

  14.07.2009 - Mini 50th Birthday Celebration - Melbourne July 2009
To celebrate the iconic British most loved car's 50th birthday, thousands of Mini fans, owners and visitors from across Australia have made their way to Royal Melbourne Showgrounds last weekend.

To help mark this important event Victorian Mini Car Club had put on a Birthday Celebration you did not want to miss. Mini World Australia was also a part of this wonderful Birthday Celebration.

It has been 50 years since the first Mini had rolled off the production line in 1959. Since the first Mini, which was produced in 1959 the sum of 5.3 million classic Minis have been built over the years. In the 60s it was the car to be seen in by everybody from The Beatles to Princess Margaret, who also had owned a Classic Mini. Later in 1967 the Mini car has won the Monte Carlo Rally and became a well-liked and popular Racing car.

The original Classic film called: “The Italian Job” had given the Mini an incredible publicity across the planet. Same film later in 2003 with the remake and featuring the New Mini Coopers was reborn once more. Fifty years ago there were people, who instantly fell in love with these truly remarkable Classic Mini cars, and today continue to cherish them more than ever as Mini is more popular today then many years ago.

Today Mini has become one of the most admired and loved British cars around the world. Many great examples of these Remarkable little cars had made their way to Melbourne for 50th Birthday Celebration. At the show you could admire Coopers, Travellers, Mokes, 850's, Clubmans, Riley's, Deluxe, Racing, Custom and some of New Mini model cars.

Many Australian Mini Traders had also had made their way from all over the country, offering a vast selection of different Mini parts and services, diecast models and memorabilia at the show. It was still in many ways a sentimental event to many Mini Fans during this Birthday Celebration.

Mini World Australia had also brought a Classic model of 1965 Morris Mini Cooper S. With allot of attention and planning it was fastidiously prepared for this Birthday Celebration by some of the best businesses in the industry. Some of businesses behind this magnificent example were Mini King Australia, Unique Spray Painting, Abdomen Automotive Services, Tecnique Car Audio & Security, Unique Marine & Auto Upholstery, Glossop Auto Electrical, Excite Signs & Vehicle Graphics, Dickies Tilt Tray & Towing and Spectrum Rubber & Panels.

At the finale of the event Ray Potts, The President of the Victorian Mini Car Club proudly have given away many exceptional awards to owners of some of the finest examples of Mini cars, which were brought and displayed here in Melbourne.

Young and Old, many Fans and Mini lovers will remember this wonderful Mini 50th Birthday Celebration for many years to come!

  24.05.2009 - Sydney MINI AUnited 2009
What a great weekend it was for many Fans and Enthusiasts of Classic Mini and NEW MINI Cars from across Australia. As many people have gathered in Sydney's Harold Park to celebrate a blast of an event of MINI AUnited 2009. Mini World Australia was also invited by BMW Group Australia to join in on a Celebration of this once in life time amazing Birthday Party.

This wonderful event of celebrating the "Iconic British Car" has brought together many people across the nation. Many of them, who still love and cherish their memories about these magnificent Classic and NEW MINI cars, also have shared sentimental values about a truly unique and lovable classic Mini car. The invention of a Mini car is known to credit one extraordinary man Sir Alex Issigonis. The "Farther of a Mini" as some people call him, has dedicated his life to the Mini car and has been remembered as the one who has created the world's best small classic Mini car.

With so many different variations, styles and designs Harold Park had seen it all. Well over 350 NEW MINI and Classic Mini cars have made their way to Harold Park during this event. The Celebration Party was well prepared and efficiently put together by the organizers from BMW Group of Australia. It has brought many people together, coming from every part of Australia. Live music, gift packs, large exhibit of magnificent display of all sorts of Mini cars were some of the reasons for many people to travel and join in into this Fantastic birthday Celebration party.

From a chopper in the sky, this amazing historical event has been captured displaying the 50th anniversary of Mini cars, which were displayed across the venue of Harold Park.

Once it was complete, Minis were formed and organized into many small groups of different Minis to travel in convoy. With an assistance of well focused organizers from BMW Group of Australia and well supported assistance of NSW Police Department, all Minis had made their way in convoy across Anzac and Harbour Bridges to Blacktown Drive-In. With awards being given out, all Minis lovers eventually had retired for the day whilst enjoying watching one of the popular modern classics "The Italian Job".

Mini World Australia has had a pleasure to attend and to be a part of this truly amazing celebration, and would like to thank BMW Group of Australia and all of the event organizers for a well planned effective Birthday Celebration, which will be remembered by many people in years to come. Also Mini World Australia would like to thank Canterbury MINI Garage for providing Mini World Australia with a convertible NEW MINI Car to attend this Fantastic Birthday Party and to capture the Spirit of Celebration during this remarkable event of MINI AUnited 2009.

  10.05.2009 - St Pauls Sydney May 2009 — Car Show

Mini World Australia has had the pleasure to attend yet another fantastic day out visiting St Paul's yearly car show,which was held on the 9th of May 2009 at St Paul's Anglican Church located in Castle Hill in Sydney NSW.

Having great weather, happy people and many fine examples of unique displays and show cars and an awesome collection of classic bikes, have brought record crowds of people to the grounds of St Paul Anglican Church.

From the Classic Minis to Mighty GT HO's, with Hot Rods, Harley Davidson bikes, obsolete Vintage cars and some of the finest examples of Sports motor cars this show had it all.

Many people came from every part of Sydney, whilst others travelled to spend yet another perfect day out.

There was a barbecue facility with a sausage sizzle enough to feed the army, with lost of drinks, including kids facilities with secured children's playground it was simply a perfect place for anyone to come and enjoy.

Many people, who love cars and bikes have truly had witnessed another tremendous display of well planed and organised event.

With give away prices and all the right ingredients for a perfect day out, the event organisers had clearly have done a fantastic job in planing and in making sure that everyone enjoyed this magnificent day out at the car show.

Mini World Australia would like to Thank and Congratulate the event organisers and everyone involved in putting such a tremendous display together.

Mini World Australia highly recommends to anyone who wants to experience something to remember not to miss the next year's St. Paul's annual car show, which will be held only at St Paul's Anglican Church grounds.
